Simpler Times

Thinking about why things are the way they are right now, perplexes me because a year ago id never had been able to say what i say today with so much conviction. This I undoubtedly credit to the people in my life, the Assholes, the dumbfucks, the fighters, the believers, the inspirers made me want to pursue my dream. This ones for the idiots, who made perfect sense, the trials which now have become routine and the dream which is now my gripping breathing reality. For the angst and the pain that's been coursing through my veins here's one that'l clog up yours right away.



Potato Dauphinoise

Simple as Fuck:
Potatoes
Butter
Cream
Cheese
Milk
Slice up potatoes and layer in baking dish
Top up with milk till potatoes are just submerged
Drop dollops of butter and cheese and  bake at 150 degrees C for 20 mins

    But sorry chef what you describe is a gratin savoyard - gratin dauphinois does NOT have cheese :-)

    1. The original recipe does not call for it however this is one common fast moving version of it thats a little more appealing and hence now become almost synnonymous
